Addtech’s business is divided into four business areas: Components, Energy, Industrial Solutions and Life Science. These areas are in turn divided into a total of 16 business units. The main task of each business unit is to promote collaboration among the subsidiaries, currently numbering about more than 100, with the purpose of identifying and capitalising on business opportunities in each market segment. Each business unit has formulated its own vision for its particular market segment, allowing the subsidiaries room for a broad yet powerful customer-oriented focus.
ADDTECHS BUSINESS AREAS AND BUSINESS UNITS

The business units are linked to overarching areas of technology or the market. The decentralised organisational model is dynamic and can accommodate new companies that contribute to growth and development.
The division into business units encourages the transfer of skills and experiences between subsidiaries and paves the way for new business deals. At the same time, a healthy competitive spirit is fostered where growth and profitability are concerned.
The management teams of the business areas/business units are deeply committed to the companies and take part in both Board work and discussions on areas for development and any acquisitions – all with the aim of evolving each company’s and business area’s position in the market.
