The Components Sweden business unit consists of a number of companies that operate in niche product areas. The companies markets and sells components and subsystems in mechanics, hydraulics, electromechanics and electronics.

The customers are primarily export-oriented manufacturing companies in the engineering, energy, medical devices and special vehicles industries. Components Sweden has a broad base of agency operations and also represents other suppliers and offers products it has developed itself.

Customisation of products and solutions is a significant feature and takes place in close cooperation with customers and suppliers. The business unit strives continuously to increase the added value in its offering to each customer and sets great store by long-term relations. For more complex customer needs, the business unit offers solutions that may be a combination of components and subsystems. Own niche production is used to meet specific needs.

Examples of products in mechanics are linear systems and transmissions used for linear and rotational movement. Customers primarily include machinery manufacturers and suppliers of handling equipment.

The hydraulics section, which also includes vacuum, pneumatic and compressed air products, sells components and solutions such as valves, installations, pumps and filters. The components and subsystems are used to create and control large hydraulic forces. Typical customers are manufacturers of special vehicles such as contracting, construction and forestry machinery and trucks.

Electromechanics and electronics
This includes products such as electric motors, gears, motor controllers, sensors, transducers, switches, cables, connectors and inductive components. Customers are in several market segments but primarily in medical devices and the energy and robotics industries.
