We work long-term to increase internal collaboration, safeguard the internal transfer of knowledge, further develop our employees and refine the corporate culture. Our employees are Addtech’s most important asset. Accordingly, managers and employees in the companies must  interact with one another in different ways that benefit both customers and the Group. This is achieved through various formats for collaboration within the Group, as well as through our own business school – Addtech Academy.

Addtech Academy develops the Group and its employees

Exchanging experience and expertise helps develop both the Group and the individual companies. Addtech Academy is an important platform for disseminating  the corporate culture, further developing business acumen and increasing the degree of professionalism among employees. The overriding purpose is to educate, train and motivate employees to grow as engaged and successful colleagues. The various courses offer employees training adapted to their experience and professional tasks and are aimed both at new recruits and senior executives in the Group companies.

Suppliers represent an important element in our employees’ training

Considerable knowledge is transferred between both parties’ employees within the framework of our cooperation with suppliers. For this reason, key individuals at Addtech regularly spend time with suppliers in Europe, Asia and the US. These relationships are important in maintaining a high level of technical expertise in the subsidiaries’ individual market areas.
